I'm just a week ahead of you on the THM journey, as I started the food last week while I was still reading. <br /><br />I have found that starting with S meals has helped me, as too many E meals and I crave my old ways. For my 30 month old & 15 month old I give them my S meals/snacks but tweaked with a little fruit or bread to make theirs crossovers. I don't think I could manage it if I had to make completely different food for them, but chopping up some pear or apple to add to their plate is definitely doable for me.<br /><br />This really is the most incredible lifestyle plan for health I think I've come across.
